„Monet und Venedig“ ist die erste Ausstellung seit über einem Jahrhundert, die Claude Monets venezianischen Stadtansichten gewidmet ist. Das Brooklyn Museum in New York präsentiert mehr als 100 Gemälde, Drucke, Aquarelle, Fotografien und weitere Dokumente aus den Jahren um 1908, die diesen Werkkomplex begleiten und kontextualisieren.
